Human Resources Manager

With 18 years of experience leading teams in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Change Management, Matthew has reviewed thousands of resumes, interviewed hundreds of candidates, and trained countless students and new graduates.

He led the national recruitment strategy at Hydro One, including campus recruitment and a 2-year new graduate training program. He has also led global technology implementations at McCain Foods and managed GIS training for over 1000 engineers and field technicians at Liberty Utilities.

More recently, he coaches professionals from early-career to executive level on career growth, leadership, and organizational design, while also contributing to AI training initiatives with companies like Meta and Amazon.
